5. Payments

Prices may be updated at any time; however, confirmed bookings remain valid at the agreed price.
6. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
6.1 Before the Start of the Course
Students who cancel their registration before the course begins will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the course start date: 0% cancellation fee (full refund of the amount paid)
- Cancellation within 7 days before the course start date: 30% of the total course price will be retained
- The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to the student
If a course is cancelled by PLA Languages due to insufficient enrolment (a minimum of three students is required for group courses to start), all amounts paid will be fully refunded.
6.2 After Course Commencement (Group Courses)
Once a group course has started, the following applies:
- After the first week of the course: no refunds will be issued
- Within the first week of the course: 50% of the total course price will be retained in case of cancellation
- After the first week has passed, no refund rights apply under any circumstances
6.3 One-to-One Lessons (Private Classes)
- Private lesson packages must be used within a maximum period of 5 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Lessons not used within this period will expire without refund
- Individual lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the lesson will be charged in full
- No-shows are charged in full
6.4 Refund Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the specific service or course
- PLA Languages is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, claims, or additional costs
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, materials, and design, is the property of PLA Languages unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
8. Liability
